Kaiten Books Fall 2024 Update

Summer may officially be over, but things are still heating up at Kaiten Books! We have plenty of announcements to go over, so let’s dive right in.

 

In recent news, the physical version of Welcome to the Outcast’s Restaurant! Vol. 3 (manga) officially released last week on September 20, 2024. Be sure to keep up with Dennis and Atelier’s adventures as they continue to make a name for themselves throughout the land!

 


For fans of Loner Life in Another World, we have plenty of good news to share. The digital version of Loner Life in Another World Vol. 11 (manga) is planned to release in early November 2024, with the physical version of Loner Life in Another World Vol. 9 (manga) set for release on January 31, 2025. Pre-order from the Crunchyroll Store for an exclusive art card!





For those who have been waiting in anticipation for the Loner Life in Another World anime, the wait is finally over! You can catch Haruka’s animated antics on HIDIVE starting September 26, 2024 so be sure to tune in and see how our favorite loner figures out how to survive starring in his very own anime.



That’s not all we have in Loner Life news either! We’re also excited to announce that Kaiten Books has partnered with Bookwalker to provide the first volume of Loner Life in Another World Vol. 1 (manga) for FREE during their Isekai Manga Haul campaign. Just be sure to visit Bookwalker between September 24, 2024 and September 30, 2024 (PT) to add it to your library!

Making a Splash with Blue Archive!






Kaiten Books Summer 2024 Update

Long time no talk! We know it’s been a while since our last update, but rest assured it wasn’t because we didn’t have anything to share. Let’s cut right to the chase and get started with some big news:

 

Starting off, we have a brand-new license that will be joining our roster! We’re excited to announce that Kaiten Books will be publishing Blue Archive: Problem Solver 68 Business Diary in English for US territories! Based on the popular Blue Archive mobile game, follow the misadventures of the Outlaw CEO, Rikuhachima Aru and the other members of Problem Solver 68 as they try to make a name for themselves in this action-packed spinoff series.

 

And that’s not all—as a special bonus, we're offering exclusive extras when purchasing either the physical or digital version through the Kaiten Books site! The first 500 physical orders will come with one of two unique bonus illustration cards chosen for the launch of the series, while every digital order will come with an exclusive bonus comic as well as hi-res wallpapers for your phone, tablet, and computer.



Both physical and digital versions of Blue Archive: Problem Solver 68 Business Diary Vol. 1 are set to release on July 12, 2024 with preorders available on all the usual platforms. For those looking to secure the exclusive physical bonuses, be sure to snag your copy before it’s too late! Printing All Summer Long!




Kaiten Books Summer 2023 Update


Torrance, CA - Friday, June 9, 2023:

Hard to believe it, but we’re already at the halfway point of 2023! While the weather may not be cooking yet here in California, we here at Kaiten Books always have a few irons in the fire to heat things up.

As usual, let’s start off with news on our latest digital releases! First up we have Gacha Girls Corps Vol. 5 (manga) coming in hot on June 23rd, 2023 later this month. While we don’t have solid release dates yet, we also wanted to let you know that Loner Life in Another World Vol. 9 (manga) and Welcome to the Outcast’s Restaurant! Vol. 3 (manga) are also in the works and will be coming VERY soon in Summer 2023, and we will be providing updates as soon as we nail down that information. We have also expanded the number of digital retailers that offer our titles, so be sure to check out Kobo, Apple Books, and more for your favorite Kaiten Books series!

For fans of physical releases, we have good news! There are a total of three brand-new print runs coming in over the next couple of months. To start things off, Loner Life in Another World Vol. 7 (manga) is going on sale today, June 9th, 2023 (nice), followed by Welcome to the Outcast’s Restaurant! Vol. 2 (manga) on July 7th, 2023, and finally The Bottom-Tier Baron’s Accidental Rise to the Top Vol. 1 (manga) on July 21st, 2023. As always, pre-orders can be made through RightStuf, Amazon, and more, with links to each storefront up on our website as they become available. We have also been continuing to work our hardest to ensure that our titles continue to be available for fans that may not live in the US or Canada.



We saw that physical copies of The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting Vol. 2 completely sold out earlier in the year, so we are happy to report a fresh reprint just arrived at our distributor. More stock should be making its way to all your favorite storefronts promptly.
